Well-being Coaching
Well-being coaching encompasses the physical. mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of our lives. When we are in a state of well-being, we feel calm, confident and at peace with ourselves. We bring balance and harmony into all areas of our lives.

Whether you are suffering from health challenges, relationship problems, financial worries, work stresses, lack of direction and purpose, or longings for your life that have not been fulfilled, these coaching sessions can give you a renewed sense of serenity and empowerment.
The four aspects:
Physical well-being
You will explore your relationship with your body including rest, exercise, nutrition, breathing, gratitude, connection with the natural world and how to boost your immunity.
Emotional well-being
You will learn to use techniques such as tapping and Havening to release painful emotions and restore peace and positivity.
Mental well-being
You will explore your core beliefs and transmute any false narratives that might be blocking you – for example beliefs that you are not good, lovable or worthy enough. You will train your inner voice to be less critical and more loving and supportive.
Spiritual well-being
You will learn to balance your heart and mind, increasing your intuitive ability and trust in life.
Actions and practices
You will identify actions and practices in all these areas that will bring positive and lasting changes in your life. These can be both practical actions and daily ‘inner’ practices that lead to increased states of well-being. As your coach, I give you full support and encouragement in this work.

How I work with clients.
I create a very safe and supportive space for you to do your inner and outer work, as your own guide and healer. I am simply giving you some tools and accompaniment for this part of your journey. It’s a journey I too am on and there is probably no end!
I combine life-coaching with powerful psycho-sensory techniques including:  tapping (EFT), Matrix Reimprinting, Havening Techniques®, breathwork, heart breathing, Inner Smile, colour frequencies, the Infinity Wave and guided meditation.
